Cottontop is a truly unique property that takes you back in time with the feeling of an old plantation. The main house was built in 1904 with 5 bedrooms, 4 Baths, large living areas and a Billiard room. Just off the main house is the entertainment area currently used as a wedding venue producing income on the property. This area has a bar, dance floor and the doors open up to make an outside party available as well. Several other storage buildings are throughout the property. The land begins with a beautiful drive down the Live Oak lined driveway to the house. Around the house are big shade trees, grape vines and large open lawn. The perimeter has trees planted for privacy, 30 +/- acres of row crop land and a 2 acre pond. This property ir truly a must see to appreciate.
