#A 6722 Wallace Highway, Wallace, NC 28466

Turnkey land opportunity on 35± acres in Wallace, NC. This established recreational property includes a pro-shop with an in-ground swimming pool and a large clubhouse -- a ready-made foundation for an operator looking to reopen, rebrand, or reimagine the course. The mixed terrain offers open space blended with mature natural areas, providing both open layout and scenic character. Massive road frontage delivers exceptional visibility and easy patron access, and with utilities already connected, the heavy lifting on infrastructure is done. The size, structures, and frontage open the door to a private club, event and wedding venue, sports or wellness destination, RV or recreational resort, or full redevelopment in a growing Duplin County corridor. Quick access to I-40 puts Wilmington and the coast within roughly an hour. Whether your plan is to restore the grounds, repurpose the clubhouse, or land-bank a high-frontage parcel with buildings and utilities in place, this is a rare canvas with real upside. This previous golf course can be rejuvenated with several holes that are 3-par in addition another 35+ adjacent acres can be purchased for an additional $485,000 giving you 2 more electric meter another well 3-4 more ponds w/ bridges, and possibly another 4-5 3-par golf fairways.
